A little about me, Lila Stoeckle,  & White Stone Coaching . . . 

Welcome! 

I started White Stone Coaching to encourage, support, and strengthen women leaders. I am passionate about helping women know and love themselves in a way that allows them to live authentically and joyfully - so that they can be successful in all that God has called them to!  

I am warm, accepting, and open-hearted and I give my full attention to seeing the divine design in each and every woman.​ It's my deep desire to assist women in reaching their fullest potential - in a world that makes it very, very difficult to do so.

I am an advocate, an empathic fellow traveler, a question-asker, and guide. I help women explore healthy, empowering choices so that they can flourish no matter how difficult the environment or how great the barriers to wholeness and meaningful purpose may be.

Education

My education and training include:

• Masters degree, Human Services Counseling, Regent University

• Professional Coach certification, Fowler Wainwright International Institute for Professional Coaching

• Myers-Briggs Type Indicator certified

Experience

My work has included church planting and leadership staff positions in small, medium, and large-sized churches as well as in a denominational district office. I have worked with two non-profits teams, most recently as National Director of Development and Chief Development Officer for seven years. I have also held lead sales positions in multiple organizations. I understand faith-based and secular leadership opportunities and challenges.

With over 40 years of leadership experience that has included maximizing the potential of the women in my sphere, my niche is journeying with Christian women leaders who want to create whole, healthy, sustainable, faith-fueled lives that produce genuine success.

Ethos​​

My life is probably a lot like yours . . . full of ups and downs, joy and sorrow, many momentous experiences, and valleys so low and dark I didn't know how I'd ever make it out. My family, friends, and fellow-travelers are treasures, and I am incredibly rich and blessed!

Believing that I exist in an epic story with a meaningful narrative that is overseen by a Real God and is true Reality makes me smile. I am always growing and ever changing in authentic, purposeful ways, and the end result is Good. In fact, the Good is not just part of this story's ending, but is also right here and right now, intermingled with the pain and suffering I experience.

I'm learning the power of recognizing, accepting and living with confidence what's true in myself and what's best for me in this unfolding story of Love. This wisdom has been hard-won, and I'm still learning so much!

P.S. Yes, "White Stone" is a reference to Revelation 2:17  " . . . And I will give to each one a white stone, and on the stone will be engraved a new name that no one understands except the one who receives it." This is just the beginning!
