             Working intuitively with the powerful tools of hypnosis, energy medicine, yoga, past-life regression, and heart-centered coaching, I can help you find the freedom to achieve your goals and to create the life of your dreams!  As a coach, I work with many tools to help you reprogram beliefs, memories, patterns, and habits which give you the freedom to experience the life you really want.  I can also help you tap into and unleash your innate ability to heal, thus reducing both major and minor physical symptoms of illness and medical conditions.  Integrative wellness and lifestyle coaching is not therapy and is not meant to replace medical care.  This coaching helps you create your best life from the inside out by clearing away the obstacles and blocks that have kept you stuck in the past and by helping you to get back to your own inner wisdom and healing power.
